ARRIVAL - The arrival of your group will be coordinated with the relevant Port Authorities, The name of the arriving party or contact person within your group as well as our trading name will be displayed on a visible sign within the designated area by one of our hostesses.

Air-conditioned vehicles will be waiting in the designated waiting area provided by the Port Authorities, who will be immediately notified by the representative hostess displaying the sign when contact is made with arriving party.

Please exercise caution and avoid participants of unfair competitors who exist at various levels of protocol and who will utilize unfair advantages of access to restricted areas to try to intercept and divert arriving groups to their own related business. Once we are given prior confirmation advice and due notification of arrival of our clients, we will as part of the agreed protocol of operations conform to the above described activities and would request that clients be briefed to look for same.
